Hayden joined Epsom Bowling Club as a novice in 2019. He played his very first match for Epsom Bowling Club on 22nd July 2019 in the Chrystie League against Bookham. Hayden was a member of the squad that won the Chrystie League in 2024. Indoor Winner Men's Drawn Pairs (with Brian Collis), Runner up in Beginners Singles & runner up in the nominated pairs (with Wayne Thornton) at Mole Valley IBC 2021/22. Hayden was not a member in 2023, but rejoined in 2024. |

Wayne Thornton |
Wayne joined Epsom Bowling Club in 2019. He played his very first match for Epsom Bowling Club on 22nd July 2019 in the Chrystie League against Bookham (3). Wayne played his first match in Outside Competitions in the Past Times against Cheam on Friday 23rd August 2019. Wayne was elected Men's Captain for the 2023 season on 7th October 2022 & carried on as Captain for 2024. Wayne is a member of Mole Valley Indoor Bowling Club. Indoor Won Mixed Two Wood Pairs (with Fi Drinkall) 2023/24 Runner up in the nominated pairs (with Hayden Thornton) at Mole Valley IBC 2021/22. On the 3rd March 2024 David played with Ted Ray, David Fearn & Mark Hopkins (Leatherhead B C) & beat Croydon 17 - 10 to reach the final of the County Fours. They lost in the Final. In doing so Wayne has now qualified for the Surrey County Indoor Bowling Association Badge Certificate. Wayne was a member of the team that won the Eric Hingston Cup v King George Field on 19/03/24. He was a member of the rink that lost in the Semi Final of the West Surrey League in 2024. |

Stefan joined Epsom Bowling Club in 1997. He qualified for his Surrey County Badge, reaching the Semi Final of the Surrey Fours in 2002 with Clive Allum, Dave Sowdon & Peter Pearce. Stefan was a member of the squad that won the East Surrey League in 2015. Stefan was elected as Vice Captain in 2016. He played his 100th match in the ESL against Cheam on Saturday 10th June 2017. Stefan was a member of the squad that won the Vilamoura Mixed League in 2017. Stefan looked after the Chrystie League organisation in 2019/21/22. Stefan was a member of the squad that won the Chrystie League in 2023 2024. Stefan was a member of the team that won the Eric Hingston Cup v King George Field on 19/03/24. |

Andrew Turnbull |
Andrew joined Epsom Bowling Club in 2012. He started bowling at Sunbury Bowling Club. He played his very first East Surrey League game on Saturday 1st June 2013 at Old Coulsdon. In 2014 Andrew won the Area 3 Top 4 Final against Wallington 24 - 21 (with Brian Kenyon, John Warren & John Huxford).In 2014 John won the Area 3 Top 4 Final against Wallington 24 - 21 (with Brian Kenyon, Andrew Turnbull & John Warren). They lost in the Semi Final of the Surrey Area to Knaphill 20 - 25. Andrew was a member of the squad that won the East Surrey League in 2015. Andrew was a member of the team that lost in the Mole Valley Cup Final 2016. He was a member of the team that lost in the Final of the Yonwin Cup in 2016. Andrew was a member of the squad that won the Chrystie League in 2017. Andrew was a member of the squad that won the Vilamoura Mixed League in 2017. Andrew skipped in the ESL for the first time on 14th August 2021 against Cheam. His rink won 29 - 10. Andrew was a member of the team that won the Eric Hingston Cup in 2022. Andrew decided not to join Epsom Bowling Club for 2025. |

John Warren
|
John joined Epsom Bowling Club in 2005. He was born on 27th May 1942 in East London. Trained as an accountant in 1958. Moved to Warlingham, Surrey in 1964. Ran family business in Coulsdon 1971 – 1987. Married Lyz in 1970 and had two daughters born 1972 and 1975. Joined Lower Kingswood Bowls Club. John was elected Club Secretary in 2008 & in 2012 he became the Club Treasurer. In 2014 John won the Area 3 Top 4 Final against Wallington 24 - 21 (with Brian Kenyon, Andrew Turnbull & John Huxford). John Qualified for his Surrey County Badges on 24th June 2015 in the Unbadged Singles (played at Epsom Bowling Club) by beating Stefan Lukatschat from Bookham 21 - 19. John played his 100th match in the East Surrey League on Saturday 8th August 2015. John was a member of the squad that won the East Surrey League in 2015. John was a member of the team that lost in the Mole Valley Cup Final 2016. He was a member of the Yonwin Cup team that lost in the Semi Final in 2018. John stood down as Club Treasurer at the AGM held on 11th January 2018. He became an Honorary Vice President at this meeting. John played his 200th match in the ESL on Saturday 18th May 2024. John was a member of the squad that won the Chrystie League in 2024. Indoor John was a member of the team that won the Eric Hingston Cup in 2022. |
