Epsom Ladies played their very first friendly match against Chipstead on Sunday 27th March 2025. They lost on both rinks & the match 21 - 36.

Rink 2  Sandy Cooper Frances Suttonwood Trish Southgate Ruth Baker  lost 10 - 19

The scores were level 10 - 10 after 12 ends, but Epsom lost all the remaining ends to lose by 9 shots.

Rink 3  Penny Payne Karen Wellard Christine Summerfield Annette Jordan  lost 11 - 17

The scores were level 5 - 5 after 10 ends, but Epsom were 8 - 14 down on end 15.  They lost by 6 shots.

Men's Friendly

Epsom Men played their very first friendly match against Chipstead on Sunday 27th March 2025. They won on 1 rink, lost on 2 rinks & lost overall 36 - 60.

Epsom were 2 - 16 down after 9 ends & lost by 17 shots.

Epsom were 5 - 13 down after 9 ends, but won the next 5 ends to lead 14 - 13. The scores were level 14 - 14 on end 16, but Epsom won the last 2 ends to win by 3 shots.

Rink 6  Phil Sims John Wellard Frank Thompson Bob Blaker  lost 9 - 19

Epsom were 3 - 10 down after 9 ends & 7 - 15 behind on end 15.  They lost by 10 shots.
